By downloading, installing, or using Y2KCam ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dowhiletrue ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of the App.
Y2KCam is a mobile photography application that allows users to capture photos and videos with vintage Y2K-era digital camera effects. The App provides various camera filters, date stamps, and editing features.
The App is intended for users of all ages (rated 4+). By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
The App does not require you to create an account. Your purchases are managed through your Apple ID and Apple's App Store systems. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID.
The App offers the following purchase options:
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.
Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
If you sign up for a free trial and do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be enrolled in a paid subscription. You can cancel your free trial at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

All purchases are final. Refund requests must be made through Apple. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly. To request a refund from Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control.

You retain full ownership of all photos and videos you create using the App. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using the App. You agree not to use the App to create or distribute content that:
The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by dowhiletrue and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The "Y2KCam" name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of dowhiletrue. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your information.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless dowhiletrue and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature thereof at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by other means.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you have an active subscription, you may continue to access premium features until the end of your current billing period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and dowhiletrue regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
